Terms and Conditions
- 50% payment should be deposited while booking the order.
- 25% of the rest amount should be deposited after the event and another 25% during data delivery.
- Studio is not responsible for the loss of any data due to technical fault/defect.
- We will not be responsible if we cannot reach the event due to some natural calamities.
- All the data must be collected by the client within 90 days with complete payment or else the client will forfeit their data and cannot reclaim it.
- We will not keep the data once it is delivered to the client.
- There would be no bargaining further for the reduction of money once the final amount is fixed.
Copyright & Usage
We reserve copyright to all the photos captured by us, some of which are used for the purpose of promotion and demonstration of our photography skills and uploaded solely on our website or home page of the studio. We assure that no photos are being mishandled for any commercial benefits. Customer's privacy and satisfaction is our primary concern.
